A) How can we contact you with regards to any queries?

B) If an order item is unwanted, incompatible or defective, what procedure should I follow? 

Answer: In this type of instance, you can submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.  Full unconditional refund would be granted and issued promptly upon Variety Safari's receipt of the unwanted or faulty item. We can also be contacted for guidance on what procedure to follow. General support queries regarding a purchase (before or after) are also welcomed and a member of our team would be happy to be of assistance.

C) What countries do you currently dispatch orders to?

Answer: Our coverage includes the whole of UK and Republic of Ireland, not to mention all EU destinations in addition to full Worldwide coverage (with expection of Tunisia). However, Worldwide or Non EU customers should note that locations for each order may at times vary and postage costs are specified at check out.

E) Do you offer any product warranties?
